Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit

All rates include daily basic housekeeping and complimentary, self-serve coffee & tea and continental breakfast.  THERE ARE NO ADDED CLEANING FEES, SERVICE FEES, OR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES ADDED TO THE POSTED NIGHTLY ROOM RATES PLUS STATE AND LOCAL TAX.

Payments:  Accepted in advance online via PayPal.  Our PayPal I.D. is the same as our email: coulonguesthouse@yahoo.com

Credit card payments can be made only via PayPal.

(Please note:  Some holidays or special-event weekends require a minimum-night stay. You will be informed when this is the case.)

Deposits: 

Standard Rate Reservations require a deposit equal to the one night’s room charge to lock in a reservation, with the full balance due at check-in time.

Holiday Rate reservations require a 50% deposit with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Taxes:  A 4.5% state hotel tax and 5% city tax is added to all bills, (totaling 9.5%)  effective July 1, 2019.

Reservations are not transferable.

Cancellations:  For non-holiday bookings, notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to check-in date for a refund of the deposit, minus a $50 administrative fee. We regret that we cannot offer a refund if less than 30 days cancellation notice is received.  

For all holiday period bookings, notice of cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to check-in date for a refund of the deposit, also minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds are given for shortened stays.

Children & Pets:  Sorry, but at this time we are unable to comfortably accommodate children or pets.

Smoking:  Allowed only in outside areas.

NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS are allowed on the property, for safety and legal liability reasons.
